Netanyahu defended statement but not address whole dispute

Israel's Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial slammed the statement, saying it contained "highly problematic wording" and "grave errors and deceptions." At his weekly Cabinet meeting on Sunday, Netanyahu defended the compromise statement, which sought to ease months of tensions between the two countries, but acknowledged that it did not address all elements of the dispute.
