''With this meeting - said Patrizia Andolfatto, director of Aries - we have implemented the first objective of the project which is to involve companies, associations, scientific and research institutions and local communities in the fisheries-aquaculture and agriculture sectors''. Robert Rakar, Director of the Primorska Chamber of Economy, underlined that ''it is crucial to have an enlarged'' region ''like the one that includes our territories, to work together to improve agricultural and fish production in the food sector, which will be more and more strategic''. The project will lay the foundations for a concrete sharing of innovation proposals and solutions to be transferred to companies in the fisheries-aquaculture and agriculture sectors, encouraging the creation of cross-border networks and aggregations between the companies and stakeholders committed to research and innovation.
