(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 06 MAR - The Ministry of Human Rights of
Bosnia-Herzegovina has recently launched a new interactive web
portal with the aim of better connecting with Bosnians living
abroad. The website (Dijaspora.mhrr.gov.ba) offers access to a
register of diaspora organizations and institution in Bosnia,
news, public announcements, projects and services for the
diaspora, study and funding opportunities. Bosnian officials
said that the project primarily aims at creating a "two-way
communication channel between the State and our people" living
abroad. It is estimated that around two million Bosnians live
across the globe, with 3,5 million residing in the country
itself. (ANSA).
