Mogherini sees a deal between Serbia and Kosovo within 2019
High Representative says Presidents look for comprehensive deal

(ANSA) - BRUXELLES - The EU facilitated dialogue between
Belgrade and Pristina is "positive", "I see clearly
determination, especially from the side of the two presidents,
