Estonia, Russia agree to reestablish transport cooperation

(ANSA) - TRIESTE - Estonia and Russia have reached an
agreement for the reestablishing of their cooperation in the
field of transport, Estonian news site Err.ee reports. Deputy
Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Sergey Aristov
announced the agreement to daily Postimees at the TransRussia
economic forum in Moscow on Tuesday.
"Today we effectively agreed to resume our transport
communications and discussed the possibility of speeding up our
passenger railroad service similarly to that between St.
Petersburg and Helsinki, where border and customs controls are carried out on the move," Aristov said on Tuesday. (ANSA)
