World Convention of Italian Chamber of commerce abroad

From 22 to 25 Oct. Riva d. Garda, 77 delegates from 54 countries

(ANSA) - TRENTO - The world convention of Italy's Chambers of commerce abroad is taking place for the first time in Riva del Garda, Trentino, from 22th to 25th October. About 77 delegates Italian of Chambers of Commerce will take part in the convention, representing 54 countries.

They will meet at the congress centre of Riva. The convention is organised by the Chambers of Commerce of Trento, Bolzano and Assocamerestero, the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, in collaboration with Unioncamere.

Two events are open to the public. The first is the conference 'The role of networks in the promotion of Made in Italy products, October 24, with two in-depth sessions, moderated by the Deputy Executive Director of Radio 24, Sebastiano Barisoni.

On October 25, some meetings are scheduled: the so-called 'one to one' talks between the foreign delegates and enterprises interested in sounding out the prospects for the international development of their core business.

Almost 200 companies and organizations responsible for export are participating in the convention and have already scheduled about 500 appointments with 150 economic and institutional consultants. (ANSA).
