Romania, French car parts producer opens fourth plant
Faurecia announces 700 jobs, additional 600 in 2017

(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 21 SET - French car parts producer, Faurecia Automotive Seating, inaugurated its fourth production plant in Romania, in the locality of Ramnicu Valcea in the country's South. The company has invested 12 million euros in a 12,000m2 plant which will employ 700 persons right away and additional 600 next year, as announced. Components for brands like Peugeot, Renault and Volkswagen will be produced there.
Faurecia already has plants operating in Talmaciu, Craiova and Pitesti - with a total of around 3,000 employees. (ANSA).
