(ANSA) - LJUBLJANA - The Italian Eyewear Show took place on June
20 and 21 in Ljubljana: a two-day public event with 29 Italian
manufacturers and 80 retailers from 20 countries. The exhibition
was organised by the Agency for the promotion and the
internationalization of Italian companies (Itaice).
It aims to promote ''Made in Italy'' goods in the Slovenian
capital, which is also the ''Europe's Green Capital'', and
further develop cross-sector synergies between Italy, Slovenia,
and all other organizations participating in the show.
Some of the world's most famous brands are on display in
Ljubljana, the ones that excel because of design, quality,
environmental sustainability. Twenty-nine Italian companies
participate in the exhibition, more than 60 foreign delegates
have been selected and invited by the network of Ice foreign
offices, as well as operators from Slovenia and neighbouring
areas: these are the numbers of the show. The exhibition has the
goal to enable Italian companies to get in touch with importers,
buyers, major retail chains and operators in the optical sector.
This show is the second edition of the traveling workshop in
Eastern Europe, a natural continuation of the workshop held in
Zagreb in 2015. (ANSA).
