(ANSA) - STRASBOURG - ''Hungary must refrain from policies and speeches that incite intolerance, fear and xenophobia against refugees and migrants'': this is what The Council of Europe and the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) stated, reacting to a campaign launched by the government led by Viktor Orban, in which those fleeing from wars, on the basis of their religious beliefs and the country from which they come, are depicted as criminals, invaders and terrorists.(ANSA).
