(ANSA) - MOSCOW - The Ukrainian authorities and the separatists of the Donbass agreed a ceasefire from September 1st, the day in which officiall the school year begins, in order not to endanger the lives of children. The announcement was made last night in Minsk by the representative of OSCE, Martin Saidik, and one of the rebel leaders, Vladislav Deinego, at the end of a meeting of the 'Group of contact '(OSCE-Kiev-separatists). The truce in the Donbass signed in February is often violated. (ANSA)
