(ANSA) - PALERMO, OCTOBER 27 - The 'Tipitec' project will be
presented on Wednesday during a seminar to be held at the
Bio-Mediterranean Cluster.
The project uses innovative technologies for Italian
specialties and is the result of an Expo Milano 2015 working
group set up by the regional coordination committee of
universities in Lazio (CRUL). The innovative project makes the
most recent technologies developed by universities available. It
also makes it possible to set up a network for cooperation and
dialogue with agrofood enterprises to improve the food industry,
for the most part through the development of an online catalog
of products, protocols and expertise.
The companies will have access to the contents and workshops
and demonstrations will be conducted.
The project will enable enterprises to be in constant contact
with research bodies to resolve problems in food production
processes through advanced research products already developed
and new collaborations. (ANSA).
