(ANSA) - TRIESTE, OCT. 21 - Tomorrow morning, in the Expo
Pavilion dedicated to coffee, Anna Illy Belci will trace the
story of the Ernesto Illy Prize in Brazil, the country which
will host the 25th edition in 2016.
The ''Premio Ernesto Illy por la Qualidade do Cafè para
Espresso'' was introduced in Brazil in 1991, as a tangible
recognition of the practical work of farmers committed to
producing high-quality coffee, grown under sustainable
environmental and social conditions.
Since then, over 10,000 manufacturers have participated in the
prize and more than $ 4 million have been handed out.(ANSA).
