(ANSA) - UDINE - ''A great European strategy for the Adriatic-Ionian macro-region is being developed at the present time, and the Autonomous region of Friuli Venezia Giulia is part of it in a strategic sector such as maritime transport and infrastructure''. This is what the President of the Region FVG Debora Serracchiani, said today at the 10th International Forum of the Aquileia Euroregion on the subject ''Europe without Europe. Crisis in Europe or Europe in crisis?'' which was also attended by the former president of the Republic Czech, Vaclav Klaus. ''We look with great interest to the Danube macro-region, even though we are not part of it, and of course we will contribute to it , being also a country included in the Baltic strategy'', Serracchiani added, remarking that ''there are three co-operation projects carried out in this part of Europe in which we would like to play a leading role''.(ANSA).
