(ANSA) - MOSCOW, MAY 21 - Bulgaria is hoping that the opportunity to have direct gas supplies from Russia through the Black Sea will be taken into consideration, Bulgarian president Rumen Radev said in a meeting with Russian prime minister Dmitri Medvedev. Radev underlined that the security of energy supplies is very important for Sofia and the EU as a whole. ''Therefore, I hope that our governments will take into consideration the opportunity to have direct gas supplies from Russia across the Black Sea'', said Radev, the Tass news agency reported. (ANSA).
