Thanks to modernisation of Petrich station

13 June, 20:18
(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 13 GIU - Bulgaria will be able to import one third of its natural gas supplies from Greece thanks to the modernised compression station in Petrich, which was inaugurated on Monday in presence of the prime minister Boyko Borisov. Thanks to the improved capacities of the station, Bulgaria will be able to receive up to three million of cubic metres of natural gas from Greece each day. The 17 million euros investment has been funded by the Eu, with the aim of making the country more independent in terms of energy supply. (ANSA).
