(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 29 GIU - Montenegrin Parliament voted the new law on organ transplantation according to which all deceased citizens will be considered donors unless they signed a document stating that they were unwilling to donate. As reported by the public broadcaster Rtcg, 43 deputies voted in favour and four against. Before organ extraction, the hospital staff will have to verify if the deceased person had declared unwilling to donate, or if such a declaration had been modified or annulled.
