(ANSA) - ROME - The project named ''Alb@art. Visual art and
migrant literature'' aims to promote and support Albanian and
Arbereshe artists in Italy.
This initiative consists of two events dedicated to painting and
literature, on June 30 and July 1, organized by Albania's
embassy in Rome and staged in its headquarters. During the first
day, a collective exhibition will be inaugurated (at 6.30 pm),
featuring Albanian artists who live in the Lazio region. Ilir
Jaellari, Bashkim Duma, Kol Mileta, Ada Simoni, and the young
artists Klarisa Koka e Bekim Fisti will display their works.
Guest stars: woman painter Daniela Cristina Grigorivici and
Albanian artist Elda Katiaj Dano, who lives in Genoa.
A novel entitled 'The gas station attendant and Chopin and other
stories and poems'', written and translated by Greta Aliaj, will
be presented on 1 July at 6.30 pm.(ANSA).
