Michael Moore in Slovenia to shoot new documentary

Filmmaker interested in local university system, free for all

(ANSA) - LJUBLJANA - US director Michael Moore, awarded the Oscar Prize for the documentary ''Bowling for Columbine'', and author of hugely successful documentaries (Fahrenheit 9/11, Sicko), has arrived yesterday in Slovenia, where he is now shooting his new documentary, whose content and title are not yet known.Moore would be particularly interested in Slovenian university system, which is completely free. Yesterday he visited the Faculty of Economics, that can boast of a AACSB accreditation.

Today the director met with President Borut Pahor. Moreover, he met with local journalists and declared to be ''excited'' about visiting Slovenia. He did not disclose any detail regarding his new movie project, but he said that he's not only interested in the local University System of Slovenia, but also in the country's national health system.

''I came to Slovenia in order to bring to the US something we don't have down there and that we need. After meeting with President Pahor, I think my mission has been useful'', Moore added, declaring that he very much enjoyed getting acquainted with Slovenia's President. (ANSA).
