(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOVEMBER 27 - For the third consecutive
year, in 2018 the Czech Republic recorded the lowest
unemployment rate in the European Union, the specialized portal
Bne Intellinews reported, quoting data from the Czech Statistics
Office in the Statistical Yearbook 2019.
Czechia reported a 2.2% unemployment rate in 2018, followed by Germany with 3.4%, a rate also lower than the one registered in other countries outside the EU, such as Japan (2.4%) and Iceland (2.7%). (ANSA).
