Czech Rep.: industry back in positive after January slowdown
Lack of employees and German difficulties among challenges

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 08 APR - In February, the industrial
production in the Czech Republic grew by 1.5% year-on-year, from
-1.1% reached in January, Erste Group Research analysts said
today.
The numbers confirm that the "condition of Czech industry is not so bad" and the industrial output will grow 2.6% and 3.2% in 2019 and 2020 respectively, Erste noted.
According to the analysts, Czech companies "will benefit from high investment into robotization" carried in the previous years, bht the sectors "will be affected by continuing lack of new available employees and relatively bad numbers coming from German manufacturing." (ANSA).
