(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 09 MAR - The changes in the workforce
demographics (for 73% of the respondents) and the availability
of key skills (95%) are among the major challenges in the
Hungarian labour market, a PwC research among CEOs in the
country showed, the Budapest Business Journal has reported. The
poll, based on interviews with 165 CEOs conducted between
October and December 2007, indicates also that 89% of CEOs are
confident that their company's revenue will increase in the next
12 months, while 55% said that the national economy will
continue growing. Almost half of respondents said that Germany
is their most relevant market.
Over the half of respondents, as in previous years, said that
they would like to increase the number of their employees, the
MTI news agency reported. (ANSA).
