(ANSA) – BUCHAREST - The unemployment rate in October was of
4.9%, the National Statistics Institute (INS) informed on
Wednesday.
The number of unemployed (aged 15-74) estimated for October was of 451,000, up against the previous month (442,000), down as compared to October 2016 (496,000).
By gender, the unemployment rate for men was higher by 1.9 percentage points against the women (5.7% against 3.8%). (ANSA).
