(ANSA) - TRIESTE - The Lithuanian holding company AviaAm Leasing signed an agreement with the Chinese Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company (HNCA) for forming a joint venture with the aim of managing a US 900mln worth fleet, Lithuanian media reported referring to an announcement made by Aviaam. The Chinese company will provide 'favourable financing terms', leaving 51% stake control over the joint venture to Aviaam.
