(ANSA) - TRIESTE, OCT. 20 - Tourism does not only mean accomodation capacity and tourist presence, but it is also a sector that involves culture and its different aspects (art, theater, cinema, archeology, etc). AdriaWealth combines all these aspects, according to Aldo Patruno, Director of Tourism and Cultural Economy Department of the Puglia Region. Patruno spoke at the 4th AdriaWealth Convention on sustainable tourism, which is taking place at Area Science Park (Trieste).

Patruno announced that, in this sector, ''the Imperial Theatre of Sarajevo will be renovated and will thus become the symbol of the alliance between 12 theatres in the Adriatic region for the construction of the Balkan Theatre''. On October 26, the Puglia Region, represented by president Emiliano, ''will be in Tirana and Durres to focus on cooperation for the Young Artists Biennale''. ''The problem is not represented by the resources but it's necessary to spend money in the best possible way. We need to work on structural interventions. Culture helps you grow and create a tourist destination''. (ANSA).
