Slovenia: good apple harvest forecasted
After two years of difficulties, 65,000 tons expected

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 20 AGO - Slovenia expect this year a good
apple harvest, differently from the two previous years, the
public broadcaster Rtv Slovenia said on its website.
Slovenia is expected to produce 65,000 tonnes of apples this year, up from the five-year average of 43,000 tonnes, the Chamber of Agricultural and Food Enterprises said.
Rtv Slovenia recalled that in 2016 and 2017 apples were badly affected by the frost, with 12,000 and 6,000 tonnes produced respectively. (ANSA).
