Romania: imminent tenders for railway to Bucharest airport
More than 100 mln euros for modernization and extension

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 19 NOV - The Romanian State railway
company CFR will launch soon two tenders for the modernization
and expansion of the railway line connecting the center of
Bucharest to the main airport of the Romanian capital, local
media reported.
The construction contract is estimated at around 106.7 million euro and the consultancy contract at 1.5 million, the portal Romania Insider said, adding that the railway link should be completed by June 2020.
Bucharest will hosts four matches of the European Football Championship (EURO 2020), at the Arena Nationala, which can host up more than 55,000 people. (ANSA).
