20 mln euros programme for SMEs to promote modernization

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCTOBER, 1 - The European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Union
(EU) have launched a 20-million euro programme to help
innovative small and medium-sized (SMEs) and mid-cap companies
in Romania, Bulgaria and Lithuania, the portal Romania Insider
informed today.
Romania Insider said that the programme includes financing,
advisory support and measures to promote green technologies.
The programme, among other things, will help enterprises in the three EU countries to become more competitive in innovation and to use innovative technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
