Poland puts NGO's funds under executive's control
Parliament voted on Friday the new measure

(ANSA) - TRIESTE - The Polish parliament approved on Friday
the creation of a new body to distribute funds to
non-governmental organisations, France 24 reports. The
opposition criticizes the vote, which they see as an attempt by
the rightwing government to control the civil society. According
to the government, the new system will help little, local NGOs.
