W.Balkans: Hahn says EU reform and enlargement can coincide
EU Commissioner's opinion differ from Macron's

(ANSA) - BRUXELLES, 23 APR - The European Commissioner for
Enlargement Johannes Hahn, thinks "differently from Macron" and
today told EU lawmakers that the reform of the European Union
and the enlargement process to the Western Balkans "can and
should be done at the same time".
Hahn presented the 'enlargement package' approved last week by
the European Commission at the European Parliament.
According to the EU Commissioner, the "indicative date, 2025" for the accession of the six Balkan countries "has triggered reactions" throughout the European Union, highlighting that the enlargement process "has now become real". EU Commissioner admitted anyway that "some concerns are understandable", but "positive questions" have been raised for the future of Europe.(ANSA).
