Albania and Kosovo producers urge economic unification
Albanian Producers ask authorities to open commercial border

(ANSA) - TIRANA - The Association of Albanian Producers, the
Association of the Producers of Kosovo and the Joint Forum of
Albanian Producers demands the opening of commercial borders
between Albania and Kosovo.
Thus, in a joint meeting held in Tirana, they publicly demanded the economic unification between the two countries.
''We're here to tell you that Albanian producers on both sides of the border have long proposed to the respective governments economic unification between the two countries and we see no obstacles in this process. We are the promoters in front of our governments in order to push this process forward. There are bureaucratic problems remaining, but we believe that both the government of Kosovo and Albania have agreed in principles and we're surprised why some trivial problems are acting as an obstacle for this'', said Bardhyl Balteza, president of the Association of Albanian Producers, as Ibna press agency refers.
