Budapest records high residential property price increase
Among the strongest in the world, highest in Europe
08 January, 15:22Budapest recorded a residential price growth of 19% in the third quarter of 2018, compared to the same period of 2017, followed by Porto (+16.6%), Rotterdam (+15.7%) and Amsterdam (+13.1%). Among the 25 cities in the world that recorded a significant increase in residential property prices, also Zagreb (+11.5%) and Berlin (+10.4%), the Knight Frank report shows. In the world, only the Chinese city of Xiʼan (+20%) and Ahmedabad, in India (+19.6%), registered a higher increase than the Hungarian capital. (ANSA).
