(ANSA) - BUDAPEST, 3 APR - ''We keep a file on every one of the
enemies of our nation, we know the two thousand agents of
Soros's by name'', Hungary's prime minister Viktor Orban told
the public radio, threatening the opposition five days ahead of
the general election. Last week Orban pledged a ''revenge''
against all opponents after the election ''by legal, political
as well as moral means''. According to observers, Orban would be
trying to intimidate the opposition, fearing unwanted surprise
results on April 8. His party, Fidesz, is still leading in the
polls with about 34%, but the trend shows a slight decline,
whereas the opposition parties are growing. With a predominantly
majoritarian voting system, the current division between the
four or five opposition parties favours Fidesz. (ANSA).
