(ANSA) - TRIESTE - German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble
said that he's not in favour of strong sanctions on Hungary,
despite their refusal to accept refugees, Politico reports.
"It would be smart not to come out with the big guns right away", said Schäuble referring to cutting off funds to Hungary.
The Finance Minister thinks that EU needs to find the "right mix of consistency and patience" and should improve and not worsen relations with countries that oppose its refugee policy. (ANSA).
