(ANSA) - TIRANA - Albanian Minister of Europe and Foreign
Affairs, Ditmir Bushati, declared on Monday that he will have a
meeting with his Greek counterpart, Nikos Kotzias, for the new
sea agreement this week.
''There will be a meeting this week between me and Kotzias,
in which we will start discussing on the possibility to find a
solution regarding delimitation of the sea area. I think that
both pairs need their time so that they conclude a mutual
agreement,'' said Bushati, as Albaniannews.com reports.
To Bushati, the negotiations with Greece to delineate
maritime borders in the Ionian Sea have nothing to do with 28
and 29 June, when the decision on the opening of negotiations
with EU will be taken. (ANSA).
