Lufthansa wants to hire over 8,000 new employees
Airline, half will be cabin personnel including 900 pilots

(ANSA) - BERLINO, 08 GEN - Lufthansa intends to hire over
8,000 new employees, half of which should be part of the cabin
crew. According to what the company has announced, 900 pilots
will be hired, many of whom are trained by the German airline.
In addition, 2.500 stewards and hostesses will be employed in the Frankfurt and Munich airports.
About 2,700 new hired people are expected for the subsidiary Eurowings. Part of them should come from the insolvent Air Berlin. (ANSA).
