(ANSA) - BRUSSELS - Unemployment in the euro zone fell to
9.1% in June, from 9.2% in May, recording the lowest rate since
February 2009, Eurostat reported.
In the EU-28 it remains stable at 7.7%. In June, the lowest unemployment rates were recorded in the Czech Republic (2.9%), Germany (3.8%) and Malta (4.1%). The highest in Greece (21.7%) and Spain (17.1%). Italy, Istat confirmed, is at 11.1%. (ANSA).
