Bulgaria: Rosatom reaffirms interest for NPP Belene
Company 'able to ensure the completion' of plan in timely manner

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MARCH 4- The Russian State Atomic Energy
Corporation Rosatom has reaffirmed its interest in taking part
in the construction of the Belene nuclear power plant in
Bulgaria.
"We see the constructive attitude of the current Bulgarian government, which intends to restart the Belene nuclear power plant, and the Russian company is ready to take part in the tender procedures," said the First Deputy Head of the Russian Government Office Sergei Prikhodko, the Bulgarian news agency Novinite informs today, based on information from the Tass agency.
Rosatom is "able to ensure the completion of the plant in a timely manner and to become a partner in all NPP life cycles," Prikhodko added. (ANSA).
