W.Balkans:Avramopoulos,EU closer to cooperate on migration
Commissioner, security and border are keys to pave the way to EU

(ANSA) - BRUXELLES, 08 MAR - Cooperation between European
Union and Western Balkans on security and migration "will help a
lot in order to open the door, to pave the way for the countries
of the Western Balkans to come closer to the European Union", EU
Commissioner for Migration, Dimitris Avramopoulos, said today in
Brussels ahead of the Justice and Home Affairs Council.
During the meeting, ministers of the 28 EU countries will focus on security issues, including cooperation with the Western Balkans. "Both migration and security are important issues for our cooperation with the Western Balkans", Avramopoulos added.(ANSA).
