(ANSA) - BERLIN, APRIL 26 - French President Emmanuel Macron
will be in Berlin next Monday to meet Chancellor Angela Merkel
in a summit focusing on the Western Balkans that France and
Germany promoted.
On the same day, according to a press release issued by the
Chancellery, Merkel will have face-to-face meetings with the
premiers of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and Albania, Edi Rama.
The Western Balkans Summit will also be attended by the heads of State and government representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and the EU high representative for foreign and security policy. The summit aims to facilitate trade and promote stability and development throughout the region, with particular reference to relations between Serbia and Kosovo. (ANSA).
