(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JANUARY 11 - The Sarajevo International
Airport has handled more than one million passengers in 2018, a
9.2% increase year-on-year and a new annual record for the
Bosnian airport, for the first time surpassing the
million-passengers quota, local media reported.
The Sarajevo airport registered around 960,000 passengers in
2017.
Currently, 15 airlines are operating from the Bosnia airport, connecting Sarajevo with 17 destinations. In 2018, more than 13,000 airport operations were carried out at the airport, +5% year-on-year. (ANSA).
