25 October, 11:38Notably, Brussels urges Sarajevo to adapt swiftly the excise duty law: a new excise regime is essential for Bosnia and Herzegovina to benefit from the EU infrastructure projects agreed in the Transport Treaty last September. Without a new law, the whole process is at a dead end. Mogherini urged the Bosnian President to complete the answers to the questionnaire issued by the European Commission by the end of the year, as well as "ensuring the continued and effective implementation of the Reform Agenda".
