British Prime Minister David
Cameron said Friday that his government will introduce a new law
to make it easier to confiscate the passports of jihadists from
Britain who leave to fight abroad.
Cameron said next week's measure will aim to halt the
dangerous phenomenon of young people who join such extremist
groups as ISIS.
"ISIS is the largest and deepest threat known so far to our
security", Cameron said at a press conference where he increased
to "severe" the national terror threat level.
He said the United Kingdom faced a "substantial"
probability of a terror attack.
