Pope Francis on Wednesday said was against erecting "reinforced doors" and other forms on protection at churches to prevent Islamist terrorism following last week's attacks in Paris. "Please, no reinforced doors at churches, everything open" the pope said at the start of his weekly general audience in Saint Peter's Square. "The Church is the porter of the Lord's home, the porter, not the owner of the Lord's home".
