Italy face Macedonia in Turin
later on Friday needing a point to secure a place in the World
Cup qualification playoffs.
The Azzurri are three points behind Spain in second place in
Group G and so have little hope of being able to qualify
directly for next year's tournament, even if they win their last
two qualifiers.
They have a six-point advantage over third-placed Albania,
who they take on on Monday.
