shareholders on Tuesday ratified Chinese electronic retailing
giant Suning's takeover of the three-time European champions.
Suning has bought a 68.55% stake in the club. Indonesian
businessman Erick Thohir is staying on as chairman with a 31.05%
stake but former chairman Massimo Moratti's is definitively out.
