Carlos Tevez on Monday completed a
6.5-million-euro move back from Juventus to his former Argentine
club Boca Juinors.
The 31-year-old 'Apache', who had one year of a three-year
contract with the Italian champs left, had long made it clear he
wanted to end his career with the club where he debuted in 2001.
The forward began his career with Boca before going on to
play in the Premier League with West Ham, Manchester United and
Manchester City.
He was recently linked with a move back to England, to
Liverpool.
Tevez has starred in the last two Juve campaigns, where
they extended their scudetto-winning stretch to four straight
triumphs.
He was Serie A's third-top scorer in the last campaign,
netting 20 times compared to 22 by both Luca Toni of Verona and
Mauro Icardi of Inter Milan.
