Italy coach Antonio Conte
said Monday he wanted his new Italy team to be "proud, humble
and ruthless".
When his contract runs out after the European championships
in France in August 2016, the former Juventus midfielder and
manager said, he wanted his Italy to be remembered as a team
that "will have set an example" for "pride and passion".
Conte imbued Juventus with his tough, all-action playing
style and led them to three straight Serie A titles before
taking over from Cesare Prandelli after the World Cup.
