Europe's citizens have the right
to know what sort of Union they will be living in, EU foreign
affairs chief Federica Mogherini told French daily Le Monde in
an interview out Tuesday.
"It is the job of British authorities to make sure their
citizens' vote is taken into consideration and produces an
effect," Mogherini said.
"By the same token they also have a responsibility towards
the remaining 440 million EU citizens, who have a right to know
what kind of Union they'll be living in," she said.
