Pope Francis' Charlemagne Prize
acceptance speech urging Europe to welcome migrants and
integrate more was "a clear and encouraging message," German
Chancellor Angela Merkel said Friday. She said "he urged us to
bear in mind three things: the capacity of dialogue, the
capacity of integration and the capacity to do something".
Merkel said "I think that doing something is the task assigned
to us, to act to boost European coherence".
