(see related) The bodies of two
Italian hostages killed in Libya last week are likely to return
to Italy on Monday, Sabratha Mayor Hussein Al-Zawadi told ANSA.
"The bodies are still in Surman (near Sabratha)," Al-Zawadi said
when asked when corpses of the workers, Salvatore Failla and
Fausto Piano, would be released. "It's highly likely that the
repatriation will take place today". Surman is a town that is
some 10km from Sabratha and is controlled by a militia allied
with Al-Zawadi's. The two militias were involved in the shooting
in which the two Italians were killed, sources said.
